How to Login WKU OA system

Note：

If you are on WKU campus. Just follow the instruction below to login OA system.

If you are off WKU campus. Cisco VPN is needed before logging in OA system.

1 Go to WKU official website www.wku.edu.cn. Then click "My WKU".

Enter your WKU Email username and password.

Note:

Faculty can find WKU Email account in a paper which is provided by HR department.

Students' WKU Email username is your Stu ID; Password is wku + the last 6 num of your identity card.

3  You will see the page below after logging in successfully. Please click OA.

4 All set.
