WKU faculty could get Cisco Anyconnect VPN, WKU Email, Kean US Email information (username and password) from HR. Please contact HR for these accounts info if you do not know.
Please follow the guide below to get how to install Cisco VPN.
MAC & Win
Step 1 Go to the website of Cisco Anyconnect
Access https://anyconnect.wku.edu.cn/.
Enter the username and password. And click "Login".
Note：
Your group is kean.
Be aware that your VPN account is correct.
Step 2 Download and Install Cisco VPN
2.1 This application will bring up the version of the software that best suits your computer. Click on the blue words to download it.
2.2 Open this downloaded .exe file.
2.3 Click "next".
2.4 Click "Modify" and "Next".
2.5 Click "Install".
Step 3 Use Cisco VPN
3.1 Click to start Cisco VPN
3.2 Enter the domain address：anyconnect.wku.edu.cn
3.3 Cancel the tick
3.4 Click Connect. Your group is Kean. Then enter your VPN username and PW.
They are all set.
Iphone & Ipad
Step 1 Go to Apple Store and search for “Cisco Secure Client”
Step 2 After installing it. Follow the setting below to use.
Open Cisco VPN. Then click to add a new VPN connection.
The server address is <anyconnect.wku.edu.cn>. Then click Save
They are all set.
Android Phone
Step 1 Please download the Android version of Cisco VPN from the attachment.
Step 2 After installing it. Follow the setting above to use.
