步骤 1: 手机下载 Okta Verify APP
Step 1: Download the Okta Verify App on mobile phone
iOS系统：在App Store里搜索下载安装；
For iOS System: download from the App Store.
安卓系统（包括华为鸿蒙系统）：从手机的应用商店下载，或者点击文末的附件下载。
For Android System: Download from the pnones' App Store. Or cilck the attached document at the end to download.
步骤 2：电脑登录美肯SSO（登录Kean Email或KeanWISE都可以）
Step 2: Log in to Kean SSO on laptop （Either logging into Kean Email or KeanWISE is acceptable）
使用美肯邮箱账号去登录，登录后，页面会出现二维码。
Log in using your Kean email account and password. After logging in, a QR code will appear on the page.
步骤 3：绑定 Okta Verify
Step 3 : Bind Kean Account with Okta Verify App
在手机上打开Okta Verify App，点击“添加账户”，点击“组织”，然后扫描步骤二中出现的二维码。
Open your Okta Verify App and go through the initial welcome screen, then select "Add Account". Select "Organization". Finally, scan the QR code.
注意：Okta Verify App只能在一个设备上使用。

注意事项
若你的手机已通过Okta成功绑定美肯邮箱，请勿随意删除已绑定的账户或卸载Okta应用，否则可能导致无法正常登录美肯邮箱及其他相关系统。
If your mobile phone has been successfully linked to your Kean email via Okta, please do not arbitrarily delete the linked account or uninstall the Okta app. Otherwise, it may result in being unable to log in to your Kean email and other related systems normally.
若你需要更换手机，请先在电脑上登录网址https://sso.kean.edu/enduser/settings，解除美肯账号与旧手机的绑定；解绑完成后，再使用美肯账号登录邮箱或Canvas，此时系统会重新弹出二维码，你即可用新手机上的Okta扫码绑定账户。
If you need to replace your mobile phone, first log in to the website https://sso.kean.edu/enduser/settings on a computer to unbind your Kean account from your old phone. Once unbound, log in to your email or Canvas using your Kean account. At this point, a QR code will reappear on the system, and you can use Okta on your new phone to scan the code and bind the account.
若因手机损坏、被盗等原因无法收到验证码，导致无法登录美肯相关系统，可发送邮件至ithelpdesk@wku.edu.cn寻求帮助。邮件中需说明具体问题及需求，并提供以下信息，IT老师收到邮件后会在线为您重置并解绑Okta Verify账号：①美肯账号（无需密码）；②校园卡/学生证/毕业证的扫描件；③身份证的扫描件。
If you are unable to receive the Okta verification code due to reasons such as a damaged or stolen mobile phone, which prevents you from logging into Kean-related systems, you can send an email to ithelpdesk@wku.edu.cn for assistance. In the email, you need to specify your specific problem and needs, and provide the following information. Once IT staff receive your email, we will reset and unbind your Okta Verify account online for you. ① Kean Email; ② Photo of your campus card/student ID card/Graduation certificate; ③ Photo of your ID card.
