When encountering issues with LockDown Browser, you can try the following methods first. If you still have problems with it, please go to GEH D2 IT-Helpdesk with your device from Monday to Friday 8:30-20:30. We will help you on-site.
一、检查VPN代理 Check VPN Proxy
1.按Windows键，搜索并点击“控制面板”，再点击“网络和Internet”。
Press the Windows key, search for and click on "Control Panel", then click on "Network and Internet".
2.点击“Internet选项”，选择“连接”，然后再点击“局域网设置”，取消所有勾选。
Click on "Internet Options", select the "Connections" tab, then click on "LAN settings", and uncheck all boxes.
二、检查DNS Check DNS
1.按Windows键，搜索并点击“控制面板”，再点击“网络和Internet”。
Press the Windows key, search for and click on "Control Panel", then click on "Network and Internet".
2.点击“网络和共享中心”，再点击“更改适配器选项”。
Click on "Network and Sharing Center", then click on "Change adapter settings".
3.选择目前连接的网络，点击右键，选择“属性”，然后双击“Internet版本协议4（TCP/IPv4）”。把“IP”和“DNS”全部改成“自动获取”。
Select the currently connected network, right-click on it, choose "Properties", then double-click on "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)". Set both "IP" and "DNS" to "Obtain an IP address automatically" and "Obtain DNS server address automatically".
三、检查SSL和TLS Check SSL and TLS
1.按Windows键，搜索并点击“控制面板”，再点击“网络和Internet”
Press the Windows key, search for and click on "Control Panel", then click on "Network and Internet".
2.点击“Internet选项”，选择“连接”，然后再点击“局域网设置”。
Click on "Internet Options", select the "Connections" tab, then click on "LAN settings".
3.点击“高级”，并把所有SSL和TLS勾选起来。
Click on "Advanced", and check all the boxes for SSL and TLS.
