网络认证界面用户手册

When you connect to the campus network, a webpage or dialog box will pop up by default.  Allow you to undergo online authentication. If it doesn't pop up properly, please open your browser manually and type: https://login.wku.edu.cn:444

当你连接到校园网时，默认会弹出一个网页或对话框。允许您进行在线认证。如果无法正常弹出，请手动打开浏览器并输入：https://login.wku.edu.cn:444

1. Internet authentication  “Login”  / 互联网认证 “Log In”

•  "Username" means entering your Internet account.

  “Username”是输入您的上网账号。. 

•  "Password" means entering your password.

  “Password”是输入您的密码。

When everything is completed, click on "Log In".

当一切完成后，点击“Log in”.

•  If your Username or password is incorrectly, it will prompt “Username or Password is invalid”. 

  如果您的账号或密码输入错误，系统会提示“Username or Password is invalid”

•  If your account is expired, it will prompt. “The account has expired”. 

  如果您的账号已经过期，系统会提示“The account has expired”。

•  If your account is disabled, it will prompt “The account is disabled”. 

  如果您的帐户被禁用，系统会提示“The account is disabled”。

2. If you forget your password / 如果你忘记了密码.

• Click Forgot Password.

  单击“忘记密码”。

• "Username" means entering your Internet account. 

  “Username”是指输入你的上网账号。

• "New PWD" means entering your new password. 

  “New PWD”是指输入新密码。

• "Retype PWD" means re-entering your new password. 

  “Retype PWD”是指再次输入您的新密码。

• "Message code" refers to the verification code you receive on your phone. 

  “Message code”是指您在手机上收到的验证码。

• When everything is completed, click on "Submit".

  当一切完成后，点击“提交”。

3. How to bind devices to your network account  / 如何将设备绑定到您的上网账号。

Before binding, please check the MAC address of your device。

在绑定之前，请检查设备的MAC地址。

• After the web interface authentication is successful, the user is redirected to the user profile.  This is where you can bind and associate devices and accounts, allowing you to avoid having to authenticate every time you connect to the campus network. 

  Web界面认证通过后，会将用户重定向到用户配置文件。在这里，您可以将设备和上网账号绑定，从而避免每次连接到校园网时都必须进行身份验证。

• Click on "Add New" in the "Endpoint Devices" section. 

  在 "Endpoint Devices" 部分点击 "Add New" 。

• In the dialog box that is displayed, enter the corresponding information. Click “Send” to get the verification code. 

  在弹出的对话框中输入相应信息，单击“Send”，获取验证码。

• "SMS Code" refers to the verification code you receive on your phone. 

  "SMS Code"是指您在手机上收到的验证码。

• "Description" refers to the Enter your name for the device. 

  "Description"指的是输入您的设备名称。

• When everything is completed, click on "OK".

  当一切完成后，点击“OK”。

4. How to unbind devices to your network account / 如何解除设备与网络帐户的绑定

After the web interface authentication is successful, the user is redirected to the user profile.  This is where you can bind and associate devices and accounts, allowing you to avoid having to authenticate every time you connect to the campus network.

Web界面认证通过后，会将用户重定向到用户配置文件。在这里，您可以绑定和关联设备和帐户，从而避免每次连接到校园网时都必须进行身份验证。

• In the “Endpoint Devices” section of the user Profile, find the device you want to remove. 

  在用户配置文件的“Endpoint Devices”部分，找到要删除的设备。

• Click the "×" button in the upper right corner of the device box. 

  点击设备方框右上角的“x”按钮。

• Follow the prompts in the pop-up dialog box to operate. 

  根据弹出的对话框提示进行操作。

5. Change your phone number and password in the system / 在网络身份验证系统中更改您的电话号码和密码

After the web interface authentication is successful, the user is redirected to the user profile. Here you can change your phone number and password in the system.

Web界面身份验证成功后，用户将被重定向到用户配置文件。在这里，您可以在系统中更改您的电话号码和密码。

• Change your phone number

  更改您的电话号码

• In the user profile, click on "Change mobile phone number "in the “Basics” section.

  在用户配置文件中，单击“Basics”部分的“Change mobile phone number”。

• In the first pop-up dialog box, verify your old phone number. 

  在第一个弹出对话框中，验证您的旧电话号码。

• Click “Send” to get the verification code.

  单击“Send”以获取验证码。

• In the second pop-up dialog box, fill in your new phone number and verification code.

  在第二个弹出对话框中，填写您的新电话号码和验证码。

• “New Mobile Numb” Fill in your new phone number. 

  “New Mobile Numb”填写您的新电话号码。

• “SMS Code” Fill in your newly received verification code. 

  “SMS Code”填写您新手机号码收到的短信验证码。

• Change password 

  更改密码 

• In the user profile, click on "Change Password "in the “Basics” section. 

  在用户配置中心，点击“Basics”部分的"Change Password "。

• Fill in the corresponding information in the pop-up dialog box. 

  在弹出对话框中填写相应信息。

• “Current Password” Fill in your old password. 

  “Current Password”填写您的旧密码。

• “New Password” Fill in your new password.

  “New Password”填写新密码。

• “Retype Password” Fill in your new password again. 

  “Retype Password”重新填写新密码。

• “SMS Code” refers to the verification code you receive on your phone. 

  “SMS Code”是指您在手机上收到的验证码。

Notes: 

• When the user is not bound to a Chinese mobile phone Number, the buttons "Add New", "Change MobilePhone Number", and "ChangePassword" will not be displayed. 

• Please send an email to ithelpdesk@wku.edu.cn, providing your mobile phone number and relevant proof (e.g., photos of your campus card and ID card). Once your identity is verified, WKU IT will manually link your phone number to your network account.

• Alternatively, you can bring the relevant documents to the GEH D2 IT-Helpdesk. We will help you on-site.
  

注意:

• 当用户未绑定手机号码时，不会显示"Add New", "Change MobilePhone Number", 和"ChangePassword"按钮。

• 请发送邮件至ithelpdesk@wku.edu.cn，并提供您的手机号码和相关证明（例如校园卡和身份证的照片）。确认您的身份后，WKU IT将为您手动绑定电话号码。

• 或者携带相关证件到GEH D2 IT一站式，线下帮你解决此问题。
